Rakan Passive

Rakan gains a shield each 40 - 14.5 seconds which absorbs 30 - 225 (+95% bonus Ability Power). Damaging an enemy champion with a basic attack or ability reduces the cooldown of Fey Feathers by 1 second.

If Rakan and Xayah are on the same team, they can recall together by moving nearby when one of them is recalling.

Flings a magical feather that deals 70/115/160/205/250 (+70% bonus Ability Power) magic damage to the first enemy hit.
